It all started in 2022 at Ransom’s winter conference, Heavy Hitters. Daniel and Kamari first crossed paths there, not knowing that God was already writing something beautiful. Their first time hanging out came just a week later, over sushi rolls and laughter at Rock & Roll Sushi.

For the next year, the two enjoyed building a strong friendship rooted in shared memories, laughter, and friends. In December 2023, they felt God leading them to take a step further. Just two months later, on February 16, 2024, Kamari said “yes” to being Daniel’s girlfriend.

From there, their relationship became a journey of pursuing each other while pursuing God, seeking wisdom from mentors, and walking in community. On June 5, 2025, surrounded by their closest friends and family, Daniel asked Kamari the biggest question yet — and she joyfully said “yes” to forever.

Now, they can’t wait to begin this next chapter, side by side.
