A celebration of Kim and Dillon

For the first time in my life I’ve found a love that I couldn’t live without. When I came to realize that Kim was the one God had destined for me, I knew I wanted to marry her. With prayer and little hints of what would be the perfect ring I saved up and bought one. After weeks of planning I found the perfect moment to capture and remember. Darren, my good friend was going to capture the moment for us. I hinted to Kim about getting her nails done and to dress nice because we were going to have dinner in LA and walk around the Santa Monica pier. Santa Monica holds a close place in Kim’s heart. Her parents met there. Kim had a family tradition of going to the Grove every year for her birthday then to the Santa Monica pier with her family. Unfortunately, her father passed away in 2023 and didn’t get the chance to take her again. Before dinner we went to the beach to watch a “drone show” and with the ferris wheel lit behind her, I got down on one knee while she wasn’t looking and asked her to marry me. She turned around and as you would expect a priceless expression of disbelief and joy that her dream of finally becoming a family would come true. She said yes! A crowd gathered around us cheering for our love story. Here’s to a start to a happily ever after.
