Believe it or not, our story begins all the way back in third and fourth grade… when we absolutely could not stand each other. (Think eye rolls, dramatic sighs, and two kids who were convinced they had nothing in common.) Fast forward to high school, where we somehow discovered that we shared the same wonderfully messed-up sense of humor. One laugh turned into many, friendship grew fast, and before we knew it, we’d become inseparable. Somewhere between late-night talks, inside jokes, and growing up together, we fell in love. We’ve been officially “us” since 17 and 18—surviving undergrad, grad school, stress, long nights, and every chapter in between. Now, after all those years of choosing each other, we’re beyond excited to start the next part of our lives as husband and wife. It turns out that the kid you least expected might just become the love you’ve waited for all along.
