Welcome to our wedding!

Like most people in this day and age, Kaitlyn and Alesen met online through a mutual friend on Instagram. This friendship began with daily texts and FaceTimes, talking over their mutual love for music. Over time, this friendship would blossom into something more. Kaitlyn had already committed to going to Flagler College in St. Augustine, which worked perfectly to help break the distance for the couple. Over the course of Kaitlyn's time in school, Kaitlyn and Alesen would travel every weekend between St. Augustine and Deltona, Florida to visit and spend what little time they had on the weekends. After graduating college, Kaitlyn and Alesen would continue to visit each other every couple of months, planning dates in Washington D.C, Disney World, and even going to the Taylor Swift concert together in New York. The couple continued to travel until they moved in together in July of 2025. While living together, the couple has loved exploring this new facet of their lives, including traveling in their new town of Sanford, FL, together, playing Mario Party on their Switch, and watching TikToks together, this time not through a FaceTime call. In March of 2026, 7 years after the couple had been together, Kaitlyn proposed to Alesen, starting the new beginning of their relationship. While the proposal might not have been what was expected, it was perfect given their situation. Kaitlyn and Alesen are so excited to celebrate with everyone this new step in their lives! Everyone invited is someone who is held near and dear in their hearts. We cannot wait to see everyone and appreciate everyone who can celebrate with us! Como la mayoría de las personas hoy en día, Kaitlyn y Alesen se conocieron en línea a través de un amigo en común en Instagram. Desde que viven bajo el mismo techo, la pareja ha disfrutado explorando esta nueva faceta de sus vidas: viviendo juntos su nueva ciudad, Sanford (FL); jugando *Mario Party* en su consola Switch; y viendo videos de TikTok juntas, esta vez sin la intermediación de una videollamada. En marzo de 2026 —siete años después de haber iniciado su relación— Kaitlyn le propuso matrimonio a Alesen, marcando así un nuevo comienzo en su historia juntos. Si bien la propuesta tal vez no fue lo que se esperaba, resultó el perfecto día. ¡Kaitlyn y Alesen están emocionadas de celebrar con todos ustedes este nuevo paso en sus vidas!
