FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To get an accurate headcount for food and drinks, kindly RSVP no later than April 6th, 2025. Kalysea will follow up if needed, but please don't make her do that :)

Question

Why on a Sunday??

Answer

Sorry, everyone, we know having this party on a Sunday makes it difficult for some of our guests to make it, especially our loved ones from out of town. However, Saturdays are very difficult for some of our closest family to accommodate due to work. This was meant to be a small get-together for those who may not be able to celebrate with us out of the country in Peru next year. Thus, we completely understand if you cannot make it to this May 4th event. There is no obligation at all, and we'll be thinking of you in spirit!

Question

Will this be the only celebration?

Answer

No, we'll be having our large celebration in Peru next year! Our closest friends and family will receive another wedding invitation for that event at a later time. Get your passports ready so we can go all out in November 2026!

Question

Is there a theme to this party?

Answer

There's not a particular theme per se, but there is a color scheme. Blue and white florals will be the main adornments, and the party will be casual to allow for everyone to mingle.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

First and foremost, we want everyone to be comfortable no matter what they're wearing (as long as it's not in white) :) For those who are unfamiliar with Georgia weather, the month of May will be warm to hot and we will have areas outside for guests to mingle. Keeping these things in mind, please be "dressy casual". This can be defined as slightly elevated from casual. Please no athletic wear or gym shoes. Suggestions: -Men: nice shorts with a polo or nice shirt -Women: flowy skirts/dresses, jumpsuits, sundresses

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

For this party, sure, the more the merrier! The Peru celebration, however, will have a very limited guestlist. Please keep that in mind for future reference. Thank you for understanding.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Nothing! All food and drinks will be provided. Your presence is more than enough for us. We are honored to be celebrating with you. However, if you feel called to grace us with a gift, we are accepting monetary gifts instead of a traditional registry to help pay for the wedding and honeymoon. Checks, cash, and Venmo transactions are welcomed. Thank you!
