Please do, we want to make sure all of our guests are able to eat freely while they celebrate with us. Neither of us are a stranger to dietary restrictions so it's no trouble at all for us to do our part to make sure you don't have to be concerned about what food you can and cannot eat.
You are free to show up up to 1 hour before to mingle and get to know one another, we just ask that you be seated at least 10-15 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Everyone is responsible for their own transportation but we will be more than happy to provide you with any directions you need and tips for when is the best time to travel from one spot to another. We can also give some tips on backroads to take to avoid the tourist and graduation traffic.
Yes! Just make sure they aren't a last minute addition to your party and are under your name when you RSVP.
We have a registry attached to this website with a few items that would be greatly appreciated or just some things that would be nice but are not necessary.
The only planned events we have are the ones that will take place on the day of the wedding. Should you want to see us the day before and/or the day after, we'd be more than happy to recommend a few places to meet. :)
Early May in Montana can be warm as the day goes on but colder at night so if you get chilled easily I would recommend at least one jacket and some pants for those chilly mornings. It's probably best to bring clothes that allow you to lightly layer so you can remove them as the sun warms things up.
For women and girls: Shoulders covered (sleeves, a shawl, bolero, or jacket work beautifully), modest necklines, and dresses or skirts falling below the knee. For men and boys: A suit, or a button-down shirt paired with a sport coat/blazer and necktie. Please don't stress if something will work or not! If you have questions feel free to contact using the information listed above.
Feel free to park in the church parking lot on our wedding day. If it fills up, you can use the side road into the neighborhood or the dirt area by the baseball field next to the church. At the barn, you'll find plenty of parking on-site with clear signs to guide you. For everyone’s safety, please do not park along the county road — it’s a fairly busy two-lane road, and the owner has requested we keep parking in the designated areas only.
Feel free to bring it! We will have a designated table set up at the reception.
