- All shuttles will depart from the front of the Lodge. - Free parking is available at the Lodge for everyone attending our wedding (including guests not staying at the Lodge, but please budget time to find parking). - To keep things running smoothly and minimize wait time, we have pre-assigned shuttle groups for all guests going to the ceremony. You can find your shuttle group assignments below - Group A departs at 12:55pm, Group B at 1:05pm - Please be on time. Shuttles will not wait, and depart promptly at their scheduled time. - Each shuttle seats 12 people. Please pack in so we can get there efficiently— it’s only a 2 min ride. - We will have live music playing at the chapel for you to enjoy when you arrive. The view from the chapel is also beautiful (and great for photos). - Once our ceremony starts, we will ask all guests to turn off and put away their phones.

- Shuttles will take all guests from our ceremony to our cocktail hour and reception—it’s only a 5 min ride and our shuttles will do multiple loops to get us all there. - No need to stick to your assigned groups. Our immediate family will need to stay back for photos after the ceremony, so we encourage friends and extended family to take the first shuttles out.

- We will have a shuttle available throughout the reception in case guests need to leave early. - At the end of the night ~8:30pm, we will have shuttles going to both the Lodge, and after party at Bungalow Kitchen (for those who want to keep the party going).
Hotel
This is the closest hotel to all the activities for the weekend. Shuttle transportation is needed to get to our venue and we will be running shuttles to and from The Lodge. We love this hotel since it's right on the water with a beautiful deck.
