We have reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites Parsippany at a special group rate for our wedding weekend. Due to FIFA World Cup events in the area, hotel availability is expected to be more limited than usual. Guests are strongly encouraged to book early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. BOOKING DEADLINE: The group rate will be available until June 6, 2026, or until the block is sold out. Complimentary self-parking is available for guests booking under our room block. Shuttle service to and from the venue will also be provided for hotel guests (see Transportation section for details). For the convenience of our guests staying at the Embassy Suites, Parsippany under the room block, shuttle service will be provided to and from the venue. Please note that the shuttle has a capacity of 30 passengers and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The shuttle will depart promptly at 5:30 pm from the lobby entrance of the Embassy Suites, Parsippany, and will return to the hotel at the conclusion of the event at 11:00 pm.

Please note that the shuttle has a capacity of 30 passengers and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The shuttle will depart promptly at 9:00 am and will return to the hotel at the conclusion of the reception at 11:30 pm. Please note that the return shuttle will run only at the conclusion of the reception at 11:30 pm. Guests who choose to leave the venue earlier, including prior to cocktail hour at 6:30 pm, are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
