Hotel Room Block
We have negotiated room rates to get our guests the best deal possible. Read through the instructions and click "View" at the bottom of the screen to open up the room booking link. ROOM BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Click on the link and select the dates you are planning to stay. There's a 3 night minimum stay required. Most guests will be staying November 8-11th. However, the room block link is valid from November 5th-14th. Once you've selected your dates, make sure that our discount code is applied. The discount code is "kpwedding." Once you have entered your dates click "Update." 2. The room type we have reserved is the Deluxe Studio Pool View. (If you would like to upgrade your room reach out to my travel coordinator, Daniella. Her information is attached below as well as pricing for upgraded rooms.) On the booking page, you will find two options: "Room Only" and "All Inclusive." Selecting "Room Only" means you will pay a nightly rate for the accommodation. Choosing "All Inclusive" includes the cost of your room, meals, and beverages. Please select the option that best suits your preferences, then click "Add" to proceed. Example: For a 3 night stay with 2 adults the pricing should look as follows: -Room Only: $858 (before tax) -All Inclusive: $1419 (before tax) If your pricing looks different please contact Daniella before booking. 3. Once you have added your room fill out the guest details on screen and click "confirm your booking."
