Karpathos is a 50 minute flight away from Athens, Greece's capital. You can find flights with Olympic Airways, Aegean Airlines, or SkyExpress with multiple options per day. You can also access the island direct from other European cities, including but not limited to Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Rome, and Oslo. Our wedding will take place in the village of Aperi, which is a 30 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from the downtown port area of Pigadia. There are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options around the island and we've listed a few of our favorites here. We also suggest you check out Karpathosbnb.com for more options. Karpathos does not have Uber but taxis are readily available. Our suggestion is to rent a car or motorbike as it will give you easy access to explore all of the remote beaches that we hope you enjoy while you are here! Lux View Villas each have a private jacuzzi pool with Instagram-worthy views. These villas are about a 10 minute drive from the wedding events of the day, and we suggest you rent a car or bike.
