What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Where should I book my hotel?

Answer

We have hotel blocks set up for 3 different hotels. You can use our ‘Travel’ page to book!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

A school bus will be transporting people to and from the 3 hotels and the wedding venue.

What's for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a number of different buffet stations.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoors.

Do I need to be vaccinated from COVID?

Answer

Vaccinations are highly encouraged. If you are not vaccinated, please take a test a couple days before to confirm that you are negative before attending. We trust in the honor system so we will not be policing tests at the door or anything of that sort.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #phamilyafehr so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
