Our Story

Some love stories start with a grand gesture. Ours began with a little white lie. Four years ago, through a circle of mutual friends, Matthew and Kallie’s paths crossed one unforgettable night. At one point, Matthew told Kallie that everyone was sitting outside. Naturally, she walked out… only to find just him at the table. Smooth, right? But instead of turning around, Kallie smiled, sat down, and the two of them spent the rest of the evening talking like they had known each other for years. From there, what started as friendly group outings turned into something more. A few months later, Matt asked Kallie out on an official date to Gyu-Kaku, of course, because nothing brings people together like fire and food. That dinner marked the start of a relationship fueled by curiosity, laughter, and a love for both adventure and each other. Since then, they’ve been lucky enough to travel to places they once only dreamed of, and the best part is, they’ve done it all hand in hand. From the sun-soaked beaches of Cabo and Cozumel, to the bright lights of New York City where Matt took Kallie to her very first Broadway show, every trip has held a special kind of magic. They’ve wandered through the rich history of Boston, soaked in every moment, and most memorably, Matt took Kallie across the continent to Fairbanks, Alaska where he proposed beneath the magic and beauty of the dancing Northern Lights. No matter where they go, these two have a way of turning every adventure into a memory filled with laughter, joy, and love. These trips have been more than just vacations, they’ve been snapshots of a life they’re building together. Matt and Kallie share a home filled with love, laughter, and two mischievous cats, Blaze and Salem, who make sure things are never too quiet. These two love exploring new places, dancing in the kitchen, and going on spontaneous walks. Whether they’re hunting for a new coffee shop, planning their next trip, or cooking up something delicious for the other, they just genuinely love being together. This is the kind of love that feels like home. Effortless, fun, and full of heart. It’s the kind of love they feel lucky to have found… and one they can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
