We are asking for an unplugged ceremony, so please do not take any photos while we walk down the aisle or during the ceremony. We have wonderful photographers and we'll share all the pictures that they take! After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
Yes! We are requesting cocktail attire. Dress up for a fall evening with us. (No baseball caps or jeans.)
There will be free parking at The City of Lakes Waldorf School. Guests may park there as early as 1:30pm on November 9th. Address: City of Lakes Waldorf School, 2344 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404 (Entrance location: Nicollet Ave.) Upon arrival, drive to the far west side of the lot to park near the playground and follow the sidewalk behind the retaining wall to find the walking gate located on Blaisdell Ave. Use the crosswalk to cross the street and there you will find The Blaisdell on the corner of 24th street and Blaisdell Ave.
We will not be providing a shuttle from the hotels. We encourage you to use Uber/Lyft or a taxi service so you can enjoy the bar with us.
We will have an open bar for the evening. We will also have coffee, soda, and a specialty mocktail! Please bring cash to tip the bartenders!
We love your children, but we've decided to not have children at our wedding. We're excited to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy a parents night out!
Our invites will include the names of everyone invited or will say "and guest." We will be unable to accommodate any additional guests.
Food at the reception will be served family style, so there is no need to pick an entree when you RSVP. We have included a vegetarian option, but if you have any additional dietary restrictions please let us know so we can let our caterers know. There will be plenty of appetizers during cocktail hour as well as a late night snack.
