Where is the wedding?

The wedding will take place in the back yard at the top of the mountains in the Canyons. 112 White Pine Canyon Rd Park City, UT 84060 Cocktail hour and reception will be held at the base of the mountain at the Montage Deer Valley Hotel. 9100 Marsac Ave Park City, UT 84060

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 28, 2025! All guests who have not submitted their RSVP by this date will be counted as “not attending”

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and rsvp “no” so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:30 in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 3:15 to ensure you are seated on time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Will there be room for parking?

Answer

Parking will be limited at the house where the wedding is located. We ask that our guests carpool to the parking lot at the base of the mountain to the left of the gate house. 2590 White Pine Canyon Rd, Park City UT, 84060. There will be two shuttle services, one at 2:15, and one at 3pm. The shuttle will also take you back to your cars when the wedding is over at 4:15, and 5pm. Then you’ll need to drive to the Montage Deer Valley for the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to Jake or Kallie to let them know of food allergies and they will accomodate you!
