Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you feel inclined to give more, please contribute to our registry located on our website.
September 19th
Traffic can be heavy in this area so please leave plenty of time to arrive at the venue. Guests may arrive at 3:30pm, but please arrive no later than 3:55pm sharp for a ceremony start of 4pm.
The venue has an abundance of parking available on-site.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the invitation.
Absolutely! We love your little ones!
The ceremony is outdoors under the attached covered patio and the reception is indoors.
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. This means cocktail, semi-formal or formal dresses. Please no white clothing, daytime/informal dresses, or jeans.
Our reception will be indoors and there will be plenty of dancing so keep comfort in mind.
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride—whites, ivories, and creams.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we want you to be present with us in those special moments. And we’ve hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments and we’d hate to have a well-meaning person’s phone/device blocking that moment for them to capture. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want!
Please send our planner an email at info@gavinweddingevents.com and she will be happy to answer any and all questions you may have!
