Kallie & Brian met at Colorado Mesa University(CMU) in 2016. Kallie was a junior transfer student into the Athletic Training Program at CMU & Brian was an exercise science major. They met through mutual friends & Brian chased Kallie for about 6 months for he knew in his heart she was special. Brian moved back to California winter of 2016 & Kallie went back for winter break that year. They grew up about 2 hours from each other in Southern California, so Brian being patient and persistent saw a perfect opportunity & asked Kallie out again. Kallie at last accepted his offer! It was indeed a first date to remember as they went to Slaters 50/50, which is a burger place where the patties are 50% ground meat & 50% ground bacon meat. They remember the food very well as even the shake for dessert had bacon in it! This was a turning point for them because they had a BLAST & connected very well. Who says you can’t bond over bacon and burgers- it could lead to a life time of love! Kallie went back to CMU & Brian stayed in SoCal. For 6 months they dated long distance, until the Summer of 2017 when Brian moved back to Grand Junction to work full time while Kallie finished her senior year of college. Summer of 2018 Kallie graduated & obtained her athletic training certification & they both moved to Denver. Kallie acquired a job working at Cornerstone Orthopedics along with contracting athletic training work, while Brian started his dream company Beeman Mechanical & Automotive Performance. They now have a beautiful furry family; 2 cats(Faith and Nova) & 2 dogs(Kona and Aika.) With happiness and joy Kallie & Brian are elated to tie the knot on 8/7/21. This is a special day as this is Kallie's parent's & grandparent's wedding anniversary! They are thankful & blessed to have each other to love & cherish. They look forward to sharing a wonderful wedding with all of you.
