If you do not RSVP by September 26, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (Please do not just show up the day of the wedding as there will be no seating or drink accommodations for you)

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, please arrive no later than 4:20 pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.
There will be a shuttle to (3:50pm) and departing from the venue (10:00pm).
Yes! You may leave your car overnight but it must be picked up the following morning.
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in cocktail attire. Ladies, think midi or floor length dresses. Guys, think suit and tie. Please no jeans or short sleeves.
They will be in black satin! So please avoid wearing a black dress.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside but will be covered. The reception will take place indoors.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding to an adults-only event with the exception of a few close family members. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Yes! Beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling all beverages. Due to our venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises.
Hotel Gettysburg will have a block of rooms available to guests who wish to stay with us at a first come first serve basis. However, there are plenty of adorable accommodations in and around downtown Gettysburg that we have listed in the "Travel" tab.
