If you are flying in for the wedding, the closest airport is Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), which is about 20 minutes from both hotels. Please note that both the Renaissance and Residence Inn hotels are located next door to one another and all shuttles provided for the wedding events will be departing/arriving from the Renaissance Hotel's "back door" connected to the parking lot (pictured above) to best accommodate the bus and to safely load all guests.

We have a guaranteed block for Standard King rooms ($199+Tax) and Double Queen rooms ($219+tax) held at the Renaissance. If this block fills up, we will inquire about adding more rooms, subject to the hotel’s availability. However, we can’t guarantee the same rate, so we encourage you to book early! Reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, July 1, 2026 to have guaranteed availability and group rate pricing.

We have a guaranteed room rate for $179/night for a select number of rooms. If this block fills up, we will inquire about adding more rooms, subject to the hotel’s availability. However, we can’t guarantee the same rate, so we encourage you to book early! Reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, July 1, 2026 to have guaranteed availability and group rate pricing.
