We’re getting married at Castel Bay in Hyères, overlooking the Bay of Almanarre on France’s Mediterranean coast. Castel Bay 2860 Avenue de la Font des Horts 83400 Hyères, France
For guests traveling on a U.S. passport, a visa generally isn’t required for tourist visits of up to 90 days within any 180-day period across the Schengen Area. Your passport must have been issued within the past 10 years and remain valid for at least three months after your planned departure from the Schengen Area. The U.S. State Department recommends having at least six months of validity remaining. Traveling on another passport? Please check the requirements that apply to your nationality through France’s official visa website. Keep your accommodation details and return or onward travel information handy for your arrival.
Europe is introducing changes to its border procedures, including ETIAS, an electronic travel authorization for eligible visa-exempt visitors. ETIAS applications are not currently open, but requirements may change before our wedding. Please check the official EU travel website when planning your trip and again before departure.
We will be updating the Where to Stay section for our recommended hotels shortly. You’re welcome to choose whichever accommodation best suits your plans, just consider the distance to Castel Bay when booking. Shuttle transportation pickup locations will be shared here as they become available.
We suggest arriving at least a day or two before the weekend. Give yourself time to settle in, recover from the journey, and enjoy a little Mediterranean downtime. We will create a Schedule section for the weekend as everything is finalized.
Transportation arrangements are still being finalized. We’ll share any organized shuttle services, pickup locations, and return times here once confirmed. If you’re arranging your own transportation, please plan your journey to and from Castel Bay in advance.
Please RSVP only for the guests included in your invitation. If a plus-one has been extended, it will be reflected in your RSVP. If anything looks unclear, reach out to us before making travel arrangements for an additional guest.
We love your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance so you can relax and enjoy the weekend with us.
Our wedding dress code is black tie. Think black tuxedos with bow ties, floor-length gowns, and elegant evening attire. We’re dressing up for a night on the Mediterranean, and we invite you to dress to impress! This is your chance to embrace the occasion, express your personal style, and bring a little extra glamour. Please reserve white, ivory, and cream for the bride. A light wrap or evening jacket may come in handy once the sun goes down.
We’re planning on a mixed event and will share the final arrangements for each part of the celebration closer to the wedding, including any weather-related updates.
Please plan to arrive before the ceremony begins so you have time to get settled and find your seat. We’ll share the exact arrival time in the Schedule section once the timeline is finalized. All event times on this website will be listed in local French time.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away while we exchange our vows. Our photographers will capture the moment, we’d love for you to be fully there with us. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take photos and capture the celebration!
We’re sharing our plans early so you have time to arrange your trip. The RSVP deadline will be included with the formal invitation and posted on this website. When RSVPs open, please respond for each person in your party, whether or not they’re able to attend.
We will be sending a separate message requesting dietary restrictions and allergies in the near future. For accessibility needs or anything that may require advance coordination, reach out to us directly so we can discuss arrangements with our planning team.
Right here! This website will be our central spot for the schedule, travel information, and weekend details. If you can’t find what you need, reach out to Kallisa or Mujtaba. We’re so grateful you’re considering making the trip and can’t wait to celebrate together.
