Question

Is there a hotel to book nearby?

Answer

All hotels are at least a 15-20 minute drive, we suggest if you are staying in a hotel to be here for our special day and plan on drinking please use rideshare to and from the venue.

What will parking look like?

Answer

There is a gated parking lot behind the reception building. You will enter the main gate on Lilac Ave, and drive up a long narrow drive way. Proceed to pass by the house and ceremony spot and follow the signs for parking. To leave, you will exit out of the back of the parking lot on Coal Bank Rd. Again, if you are drinking, please plan to use rideshare to and from the venue. No cars can be left at the venue overnight.

What is the plan for the day?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will stay outside for pictures, at that time all guests will proceed to the reception hall to enjoy cocktail hour at our open bar. When cocktail hour is over we will do our reception entrance and begin dinner. After dinner and speeches, it will be time for the party to get going!

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we want this to be a stress free night out for you to enjoy yourselves and celebrate so we are asking for no children at the ceremony or reception. If you are unable to find childcare, we still want you to be able to make it so please reach out to the bride or groom to talk about it.
