Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent sometime between late October and early December. We expect your RSVP no later than January 31st. We will be unable to accommodate anyone who shows up without RSVPing due to limited space at the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:30. Please do your best to arrive at the River Room by no later than 1:15.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business casual, semi-formal, or formal attire is requested at the ceremony, but casual clothing is welcome at the reception. Just no sweatpants, please.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All wedding guests have been invited. Please do not bring anyone who has not been invited without first consulting with the bride and groom. Your invitation will note if an additional guest is welcome.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome, as long as they are being closely watched. We love children, but this is an evening celebration and we want to be sure everyone is safe!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate special requests, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own food and desserts, if necessary. Please communicate with the bride and groom if you will need to bring your own food so we can inform the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. Please let us know if you need assistance getting to the venues and we will work with you to find a free or cheap ride! We want everyone to be able to celebrate with us.

Question

How late will we be partying?

Answer

We would like to begin closing down the reception venue around 9:30 or 10pm, so make sure to get your partying in early!
