If you do not RSVP by June 28, 2026, you will be marked as "Will Not Attend". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

We have reserved a room block at Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan. When booking, mention our wedding for a discount. For more details or to book, visit the Hotel page of this website. There are additional accommodations in the surrounding area if you'd prefer to stay elsewhere.
If you choose to book in our block at the Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Eagan, there will be one shuttle available to the venue and back. More details to come on the timing of the shuttle. Additional rideshare options are available in the area.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure time to park and find your seat. A golf cart will be available for those with mobility constraints to get to and from the ceremony site.
There is an on-site gravel lot at our venue for guests to park in! If this lot fills, there will be overflow parking available on the road. The venue cannot accommodate overnight parking, so please take this into consideration when planning transportation.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will also be held outdoors, in the venue's pavilion. Please dress accordingly!
We ask that guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please do not wear white. Please note that all activities will be outdoors, and guests will be walking through grass and gravel, so be sure to choose your footwear accordingly!
Dinner will consist of American barbecue and comfort food. The menu includes pulled pork, pulled chicken, and assorted sides and sauces.
Yes, we will have a “cashless cash bar,” serving alcohol and soft drinks. Be sure to bring a card if you’d like to purchase beverages!
