Due to the intimacy of our day, we are only accommodating children within our immediate family. If your child/children's names are not mentioned on your invitation by name or included with "and Family" please enjoy a night off and a drink (or a few) with us!
We love prompt RSVP's! If you know you're in for a night of fun - please RSVP as soon as you can. If you're on the fence, please note that we'll need you to RSVP no later than 9/15/2026 in order to give our vendors a final headcount.
Our dress code is labeled as "Cocktail" so please dress your best but don't feel you need to pull out your Tuxedo, Suits or Gala Gowns (unless you've been needing an excuse to wear that tux - then by all means wear it!) We want you to feel good, look good but still be comfortable. Ladies, think midi or maxi dresses, pantsuits, etc. Gentleman: dress pants, collared shirts, blazers (ties optional) are all excellent options for the day. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns while planning out your outfits!
Our "Plan A" is to have the ceremony outdoors on the edge of Mirror Lake. For our guests footwear, we do recommend shoes zoned for grassy and potentially hilly or un-level terrain. Due to the time of year and Lake Placid's unpredictable weather patterns, we do have a "Plan B" to have the ceremony in the Music Hall on the second floor of Smoke Signals Restaurant where our bridal party and guests would have all the creature comforts of being indoors.
We love you and any suitors you may have met this summer, truly, we do. Due to our wish to keep our day intimate, we do not have extra space set aside for anyone not specifically on our guest list. If your invitation does not designate your significant other or "guest" please refrain from bringing a guest.
We have done our best to select options that are inclusive to many nutrition paths. If you have any specific concerns, please do let us know so we can ensure we do our best to ensure you're accommodated on our day.
The stories won't be half as good without one. Buckle up & enjoy an open bar for cocktail hour and reception.
