CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to a limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and on the RSVP section of the website.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
Answer
We absolutely love children and are so happy to celebrate with the little ones who are included on the invitation. While we wish we can extend the invitation to all our guests’ children, we are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. To help keep the ceremony as peaceful as possible, we ask that parents step outside with little ones if they become a bit fussy. Thank you so much for your understanding!

WILL THERE BE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
Yes, we're excited for our family and friends to dress up alongside us! We're requesting semi-formal or cocktail attire for the evening—and kindly ask that jeans stay at home. For women, we recommend long and flowy dresses, cocktail-length options, or dressy skirts that complement our wedding's aesthetic. We love textures and colors that harmonize with our palette while keeping the rustic venue and warm Tennessee weather in mind. We encourage guests to refer to the wedding color palette on the “details” card for inspiration! One important note: please avoid wearing white. This is a firm request, and guests wearing white may be asked to change or leave.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Guests should arrive no later than 3:30 pm. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get comfortable before we begin our wedding celebration at 4pm sharp.

IS THE VENUE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
It’s both! All of today’s activities will be on the same site. The ceremony will be outdoors under the trees for plenty of shade. It will be on grass so please be cautious ladies with the heels, also please take/bring any allergy medications as needed. Cocktail hour will be outdoors with some activities to keep y’all occupied while we do the family pictures. The reception will be inside the main barn.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Answer
Yes! The venue provides free parking. There will not be any shuttle service to or from nearby hotels.

CAN WE BRING ANY OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR DRINKS?
Answer
Our venue maintains a strict no outside food or beverages policy, which includes all outside alcohol and drinks of any kind. Any outside items brought onto the property will need to be removed. Rest assured, we've arranged for plenty of food and drinks to keep everyone happily celebrating throughout the day!

WILL PHOTOS, VIDEO, AND/OR LIVE STREAMING BE ALLOWED DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We ask that you be fully present during our ceremony by enjoying the moment without any devices. Our professional photographer will beautifully capture every special detail, and we'll gladly share those memories with you afterward. Once cocktail hour begins, we welcome you to snap photos, record videos, and share your favorite moments. Feel free to upload and tag your pictures on our wedding website!
