Flash back to 2008 where Kelly and Jim worked as servers at Hershey's Mill in West Chester during college. Kelly worked there with her 2 best girlfriends, and Jim worked there with his 2 best guy friends. While Kelly was outgoing and social, Jim was quiet and reserved. Although they thought each other was cute, they probably wouldn't have been compatible at the time. They both stopped working at Hershey's Mill in 2011 and never stayed in touch. Fast Forward 8 years, Kelly was walking home from the gym on a rainy afternoon in West Chester. A block away from her apartment on the corner of High St and Chestnut St she heard "Kelly?". It was Jim Kadingo with an umbrella walking to his car from a late lunch meeting he had in town. We stopped and talked for at least 15 minutes. We made sure we had each others numbers, which we did. Kelly was in Jim's phone as "Kelly Greek" and Jim was in Kelly's phone as "Jim Hmills". Before we parted ways we agreed to set a day to go on a hike since we both enjoyed outdoor activities. When Kelly got to her apartment she thought to herself, hmm I hope Jim messages me and follows through. 30 minutes later she received a text and they set a day on the calendar to hike Hawk Mountain. The rest is history!
