Hi! Thanks for reading this! Please be on time for the ceremony, we'd hate to start with you standing outside the gate. At this time, we are planning on an outdoor ceremony, we'll follow the weather to see if we need to adjust. The ceremony and the reception will take place in one location with free parking across the street and on the street. Please note the parking lot is up a slight hill, please plan accordingly by allowing yourself 5 minutes at least to find the lot, and make it.
1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

This is what you really came to see, us exchanging our vows, joining our lives together, becoming one. Do not record, i.e. take video of the ceremony. What are you going to use it for? If you must must take a picture, please don't go out of your way to do so. If you have to lean or reach to get a good angle, it wasn't meant for you to take that picture. We will have a professional present, a good one too.
1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
After the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour where you can enjoy passed appetizers, grab a drink or two and make a new friend. The non-alcoholic drinks are sponsored by us, but you do have the option to spike them for an additional cost. There will be a buffet for dinner of various Latin foods that will knock your socks off. There is no free seating, we worked hard on a seating chart. There will also be dancing, a DJ and meeting new people.
