Our story begins after a persistent young woman met me and immediately insisted that I meet this guy that she has known for years. Chris and I would tell her that we did not need to meet. We were both doing fine living our lives. We avoided meeting each other for several weeks. Little did we know, the persistent young lady set up a day and time for us to meet without us knowing. I had to come into her office to sign some paperwork, but while I was there taking care of that, she called him and asked him to come to her office. While standing there talking to her, he pops his head in her door to say hello and we locked eyes and have been locked every since that day. We thank God for allowing us the cross paths and Marcia-Bibbs Blake for insisting that we meet! Chris proposed on December 25th, 2020 with our two boys there. Of course, I said YES!!! Chris and I, along with our 2 boys, are so excited to begin our lives together!
