Yes. Sandals resorts are traditionally a couples resort. The price per room is based on two people. The rooms come with a King sized bed, but if you're sharing a room with someone that you prefer not to share a bed with you may request a rollaway bed.
Welcome Dinner: Come dressed in the couple's favorite colors (Kalifia- Lavender/ Lee- Silver/Light Grey). Wedding Ceremony Attire: Semi-Formal or Smart Casual- linen or dress pants, short-sleeved button down shirts, maxi or midi dresses, and sandals. Please wear our wedding colors, Shades of "Purty Water" Blue (light blue, turquoise, teal, cerulean, tiffany blue, and navy).
Please join us during our ceremony by being fully present. Our photographer will capture all of the moments and we will share those pictures with everyone. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during the reception. We only ask that you not post us, the Bride and Groom, until we do so first.
1. You will need to complete an online Immigrations and Customs Form 72 hours prior to arrival. You will need your flight information, passport information, and a valid email address. The form can be found at www.visitbarbados.org. 2. US dollar and credit cards are accepted in Barbados. However, if you use USD, you may receive Barbados currency back as change. You can exchange Barbados currency back to USD at the airport (and vice versa upon arrival). 3. It is illegal to wear camouflage in Barbados. 4. Tipping 10-15% is customary in Barbados. Feel free to tip more for good service!
Regardless of whether your flight arrives before or after check-in, we suggest packing a bathing suit or change of clothes in your carry on. If your room isn't ready when you arrive at the resort, you are able to go ahead and start having fun. Find a restaurant or bar. Walk around and get the lay of the land. Go swimming! "Island Time" is real, might as well relax and embrace it!
Sandals is an all-inclusive resort. Food and drinks are included with your stay. Feel free to bring extra money to purchase souvenirs, go off-resort, for tips, and/or to purchase certain excursions.
