Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church 23529 MS-53 Gulfport, MS. Then, the reception will be held at County Farm Road Community Center and Hurricane Shelter 15035 County Farm Rd Gulfport, MS 39503.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Please use the previously provided adresses and location details. Additionally, there will be a sign placed in front of both the ceremony and reception venues to verify your location for each.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be located indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive a few minutes early and be ready for the ceremony to begin at 6:00 PM. Directly after the ceremony, guests are asked to head to the reception venue for celebration.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

All parking spaces at both venues are first come first serve and easily accessible when arriving at either location.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food? What kind of drinks?

Answer

Both food and drinks will be served at the reception including the following food items: smoked pork, meatballs, cocktail wieners, cajun white beans, potato salad, and pasta salad. There will be various non-alcoholic drinks and a limited selection of alcoholic beverages available.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no specified dress code, but feel free to dress anywhere from semi-formal to dressy casual.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids of all ages are welcome!

Is the wearing of masks required at the ceremony or reception? Will masks be provided?

Answer

The wearing of masks at the ceremony and reception is by no means mandatory, but is very much appreciated and suggested to best ensure the safety of all attendants. We are looking into being able to provide masks for those attending, but at this time please plan to bring a mask of your own.

Will there be sanitizing stations?

Answer

Sanitizer will be provided at both the ceremony and reception for use by guests.

What other precautions are being taken against the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

Not only will we be providing some necessary items to fight the spread of COVID-19, but we will also be ensuring that social distancing and other guidelines are easily/conveniently maintainable. Something else to note, is that we will be requiring the signing of a COVID-19 waiver upon entry to the reception venue.

How many people will be attending?

Answer

We are presently expecting approximately 80 people in total. A more finalized number may be clarified once we receive a better count of RSVP.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
