The Rehearsal dinner for our Wedding party will be in Sorrento at our church. The best Hotel close to the Church is the Hampton Inn in Mount Dora. This is aprox 45 mins from the Orlando airport.
The Wedding venue is in Morriston FL, This is aprox 1 hour & 40 mins from the airport. The closest main cities are Ocala which is north and The Villages which is south. Please see the list of hotels closer to the venue. The villages is aprox half way between the Wedding venue and the church for those of you who will be attending both.
Anyone who is looking to stay longer than just a few days, we would highly suggest Airbnb or VRBO, There are some amazing homes around the venue you could book. However, please know this is horse country & there are often events happening with the Equestrian center during this time of year.
