Through a mutual friend (Kalie's mom) Drew and Kalie meet up for coffee, a walk in the cold, and watercolor.
Apart for a Month
Long Distance, Dec-Jan 2024
With the excitement and uncertainty of a first date and only FaceTime, messenger, and Marco Polo to stay connected, Kalie and Drew became close friends with potential for something more.
First trip
Tulsa, February 2024
After only meeting in-person once, Drew took a bold move to visit Kalie for a long weekend in Tulsa. Here's our first selfie, from the first of many hikes together.
Broken Hammock
Pennsylvania, March 2024
Our hammock broke and our phones fell down a crevice--getting lost in the deep leaves. After 30+ minutes of searching, the phones were found.
Made Sushi
Tulsa, April 2024
On Drew's second visit to Tulsa we made way too much sushi and ate it over the next couple of days he was there.
Open Fields
Pennsylvania, May-June 2024
For these two long months, we only saw each other once. We made the most of a quick trip! Thanks to Craig (Drew's brother) for a fun iPhone photo shoot. Little did we know we would be getting MARRIED a year later.
The big move

Mid-July, Kalie packed her car to the brim and drove cross country. Starting her new journey in a foreign land... Harrisburg, PA!

Engaged
December 20th, 2024
With notes written on his hand, Drew pops the question to Kalie on a snowy December morning. Without a shadow of a doubt, or inkling of hesitation, Kalie says yes!
