WHERE IS THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Views at Sunset Ridge, 8150 Dalton Pike, Cleveland, TN 37323. No need to travel between locations — once you arrive, you will be escorted to the ceremony location by the parking attendants. Parking will be adjacent to property for both personal vehicles and group shuttles.

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP any time! Please RSVP by July 1st so we have time to meet with our vendors and plan accordingly on who will be there.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early so you have time to park, mingle, and find your seat before the festivities begin.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoor if weather permits. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

CAN MY CHILDREN COME?

Answer

We are only having our flower girl and ring bearer at this wedding, and we do request your children stay at home.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We are going for formal. For the ladies meaning midi or floor length dresses/gowns. For the men - suits

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes - plan to drive your own vehicle or utilize the group shuttles which will pickup at the Westin Chattanooga. Please go to the "Travel" tab for more details.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to put phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be present in the moment. Don’t worry — our photographer will capture everything, and you’ll be able to take photos all night afterward!

WILL DINNER AND DRINKS BE SERVED?

Answer

Yes, dinner and drinks will be provided to keep the party going after the ceremony. Instead of a full open bar, we’ll be serving signature cocktails chosen by the couple, plus wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you, but always remember to drink responsibly!
