Our Story
It began one night in February 2018 when two college students swiped right! After a few dates, Kalie and Carson became a couple on March 11, 2018.
Soon after dating, Carson graduated and a long-distance relationship began with Kalie in Georgia and Carson in Virginia. Many late-night calls, long drives, and expensive plane tickets later, their long-distance relationship became a slightly shorter one when Kalie returned to UVA! While closer, weekend drives back and forth between Manassas and Charlottesville was normal for three years.
In 2021, after Kalie graduated, they moved in together in Richmond, VA. From there, they embarked on a new adventure and moved to Arizona. Throughout their time together, they have loved adventuring together! In March 2024, they moved again to Washington, DC!
With their parents present and sneakily setting the scene, Carson proposed on August 30, 2024, after 6.5 years together.
