If your name on the invitation is followed by “and Guest”, then yes. Out venue does have a strict guest limit and those formally invited on each invitation were intentionally listed to meet but not exceed the venue's maximum guest limit.
The earlier the better, but we ask that all RSVP's are sent back to us by August 15th, 2023 at the latest.
The dress code for the wedding is formal / black-tie optional. For men, a tuxedo can be worn if preferred, but if opting for a suit, a formal dark suit (Ex: black or navy), a white shirt, and a tie is also acceptable. For women, a full-length evening gown is preferred, however, a formal dress that isn't necessarily full-length, but goes below the knee is also acceptable. If you have any concerns regarding the dress code, please feel free to contact us or a member of the wedding party with any questions.
We ask that any wedding guests please refrain from wearing white. In addition, please avoid wearing off-white, anything in the light ivory/cream family, a primarily white dress with print, or pastels such as blush or pale grey. To follow the formal / black-tie optional dress code, guests should avoid wearing any clothes that are overly casual such as jeans, denim, polos or non-collared shirts, khakis, sneakers, etc.
The wedding ceremony starts on Saturday, September 9th at 5:30 PM. To ensure that everyone arrives on time and before the ceremony, we ask that guests attempt to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
We love your kids, we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We respectfully ask that this be an adult-only ceremony and reception.
Yes, there is an option on the RSVP card that is both a vegan and vegetarian dish. If you have any specific food allergies or restrictions, please make sure to list them on the RSVP card on the line provided for those restrictions.
Yes, we have a shuttle bus schedule to take guests from the venue to the provided hotels on the "Travel" section of the website multiple times throughout the evening!
