What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests wear formal cocktail attire, which is slightly more dressed up than typical cocktail. Here’s what that means: For Women: - A cocktail or evening dress, or a dressy jumpsuit - Heels, dressy flats, or elegant sandals are appropriate - Please avoid sundresses, denim, or anything too casual For Men: - A suit and tie is strongly encouraged but not required. A nice dress shirt, dress pants, and a tie is also appropriate. - Dress shoes (not sneakers or boots) - please do not wear jeans, polos, khakis, or baseball caps

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy your night off to relax, celebrate, and dance with us!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by March 29th, so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available onsite at the Carriage House for all guests.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! We reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc and the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Oconomowoc. The hotels are located across the street from each other and are about a 15 minute drive from our wedding venue. We will have a shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer capturing everything, and we want you to be present with us in the moment.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an outdoor celebration, with the reception to follow indoors. We're looking forward to a beautiful day, weather cooperating.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Details and departure times will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
