PLEASE NOTE: Hotel check-in starts at 3pm. There are two shuttle transfers, one at 2:30pm and one at 3:00pm, to allow adequate time for arrivals prior to the ceremony. For this reason, we recommend driving to the hotel first and leaving any luggage items in your car/trunk. You may then return to check-in during cocktail hour, or later that evening. There will not be enough time to check in at the hotel and drop items in a room before the final pre-ceremony shuttle leaves at 3:00, so please plan accordingly. Shuttle Schedule: 2:30 PM- Depart Grand Stay 2:40 PM- Arrive Pinewood 2:45 PM- Depart Pinewood 2:55 PM- Arrive Grand Stay 3:00 PM- Depart Grand Stay 3:10 PM- Arrive Pinewood Transfers will resume after the ceremony and into the evening, with final transfer leaving Pinewood at 11:20pm. ****There is only one shuttle bus, so please be patient in waiting for each ride.**** There is also a non-reserved Taxi service available by calling Cambridge Cab – (763) 552-8294. Cars can be parked overnight at the venue but must be picked up by 12pm the following day. If driving to the venue, please plan for a sober ride that evening and a return ride the following morning.
