Hotel Room Needed

*We are currently working on blocking off hotel rooms at the Hyatt Place Hotel. If you could please RSVP, letting us know if you would need/want to stay there, that would greatly appreciated, so we know how many rooms we need to reserve. Please RSVP if you would need a hotel room when in town for 8/15-8/17. "Will attend" means yes I need a room for both nights. "Will not attend" means no I will not need a room or I will find my own hotel. *Please ignore the date and time above. The hotel would be blocked off for August 15th through the 17th.
