A few years ago, a boy from Pittsburgh and a girl from Connecticut just so happened to meet in the beautiful state of Arizona. What started as a once in a lifetime encounter and constantly questioning "can we really make this work?," quickly turned into the reality that we were truly meant for one another. After the last couple of years living in Cleveland as Dorian finishes his residency, we decided to take our journey back to where it all started. We're so excited to share that we made our dream a reality and have bought our first home in Arizona together! We know that Arizona is distant from most of our family and friends, and we truly appreciate the time, effort, and love it takes for you to make the journey to share this special day with us. Although we would love to have each and every one of you there with us, we completely understand if you cannot make this trip. Please just let us know at your earliest convenience if you will not be in attendance so we can plan accordingly! The ceremony and reception will be held at Desert View in Apache Junction. The venue is about 35 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Scottsdale, 20 minutes from Gilbert (our home), and 25 minutes from Mesa. Please feel free to stay in any of the neighboring areas if you prefer to rent an airbnb, and we will also be setting up hotel blocks in the Gilbert/Mesa area. We will be having a welcoming party the night before the wedding in Gilbert, and we will also be setting up a meeting place for group transportation from Gilbert to the venue on Saturday.
