If specified on your invitation, feel free to bring a guest. Otherwise, we respectfully ask only those on listed the invitations come due to already made venue and meal accommodations.
We love little ones! We understand if you cannot find a sitter or just prefer your kiddos by your side. However, it would be a fun date night for mom and dad to be kid free. If your little ones will be attending, please specify this on your RSVP as they need to be accurately accounted for. We will have a few kid friendly activities available to keep them entertained.
You can RSVP right here on this website which is encouraged! You can also directly reach out to myself or Anthony if preferred. Please correctly list the number of people coming with you (including kiddos) so we can get an accurate head count!
Our ceremony is at 1:30 pm sharp and we respectfully ask that you arrive around 1:10-1:15 pm so you can get a good seat, and we can get things moving on time. Please arrive no later than 1:20 pm to avoid any last minute distractions to our wedding party.
Our ceremony is indoors at St. Anthony Catholic Parish in Helena and our reception is mainly indoors at Ubly Heights Golf & Country Club. However, there will be a patio space available for guest use. Please be respectful of the venue and stay off the golf course greens, away from golf carts, etc. Remember, September in Michigan can get nice and warm or quite chilly so dress accordingly.
We want you to wear what makes you feel comfortable and look great! Please stray away from sage green and navy blue as these are the colors of our wedding party and please no white dresses ladies out of respect for the bride.
While we want you to remember this day forever just like us, we also want you to be engaged in the moment. We ask kindly that you do not take pictures during the ceremony as this can be distracting to others. This is what we have a professional photographer/videographer hired for! We lovingly ask you to please keep phones put away and silenced for the duration of the ceremony. I promise there will be photos professionally captured to look back on that we will make sure you have access to!
I know people are coming to party and celebrate with us, how exciting! Be sure to check out our signature drinks! There will be an open bar but please do not abuse this and cause issues for others. If individuals become too overly intoxicated and disruptive, they will be asked to leave. There will be a security guard on site as well per venue policy. On the same note, please be responsible and have a sober driver! We want all of our loved ones to have a good time but also get home safely! There are hotel accommodations available 20 minutes from the venue if needed!
Please stay tuned as we have chosen a caterer and will provide you with menu options ASAP! Please, if there are any specifications we should know about, such as allergies, list them on your RSVP and we will be as accommodating as possible!
