Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. We want our special day to be your night off, so this will be an adults only event! If you plan to travel to Colorado with children, please reach out to the Bride or Groom and they can put you in touch with a trusted babysitter for the night!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is plenty of complimentary parking on-site. You are welcome to leave your car overnight, but you must pick it up by 10am the next day (June 7th, 2021).

I am planning on partying the night away with the newlyweds. What is the best way to get home?

Answer

Our guests safety is our number one priority! If you plan on having some drinks with us we highly recommend utilizing the shuttle service we will be providing to take guests back to the Denver Marriott South, or arrange another form of transportation prior to the wedding. If you do not want to stay at the hotel, consider taking the shuttle back to the hotel and getting an Uber or Lyft from there.

Is there a shuttle from the Denver Marriott South to the wedding venue?

Answer

No, there is not shuttle that will be taking guests from the Denver Marriott South to the wedding venue. The shuttle will only be provided AFTER the wedding to take guests back to the hotel (must have indicated this in your RSVP). For those that are taking the shuttle back to the Denver Marriott South after the wedding, we recommend getting an Uber or Lyft to get to the venue (make sure to request early!) or driving your car to the venue and leaving it over night to pick up the next day.

Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Yes! If you are planning on drinking, please, please, please leave your car overnight! You are able to leave your car at the venue until 10am the next morning (June 7, 2021). Please plan accordingly to ensure you get home safely!

How easy is it to get an Uber of Lyft from the venue?

Answer

Guests typically do not get great cell reception at Crooked Willow Farms (Larkspur, CO). While the venue does have WIFI, Uber and Lyft are not reliable. Please ensure you have figured out how you are getting home prior to arriving at the wedding. It is deeply important to us that all of our guests get home safely! Please plan accordingly!

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us! We invite you to be fully present and "unplugged" during our ceremony. Our photographer will be taking beautiful photos that we will share. Thank you!

What if I have a food allergy or preference?

If you have a food allergy, or other food preference (vegetarian/vegan) and need the catering company to provide an alternative option for you to enjoy at dinner, please make sure to provide a note to the Bride and Groom when you RSVP!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to Colorado, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny and unpredictable. Colorado weather changes quickly and we can have a very warm day and very cool evening. Denver, Colorado is known as the "Mile High City" and Larkspur is at a higher elevation than Denver, so make sure to keep hydrated and please note, if you are choosing to drink you may not be able to "handle" as much alcohol at a higher altitude.

Where is the venue located?

Crooked Willow Farms is located in Larkspur, Colorado, which is located between Denver and Colorado Springs. Larkspur is considered a more remote location. Please note that there is not a store or anything else immediately close to the venue.
