WHEN DO WE NEED TO RSVP BY?
Answer
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by September 13, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no." This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterers with a total guest count in a timely manner!

CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests outside of the predetermined plus ones allocated via your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one!

WHAT FOOD WILL BE SERVED?
Answer
We will be serving a buffet-style taco bar through Grillin n Chillin!

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
Our ceremony will be "unplugged," meaning that we are asking for personal devices and cell phones to be put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and content creator capturing the whole ceremony. We want all our guests to be present and enjoy the special moment with us! At the cocktail/reception, however, we encourage everyone to take as many photos & videos as you'd please. We encourage you to upload them to our POV app!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
Although we love all the children in our lives, this will be an adult-only occasion, keeping it 16 years old and over. If your child is invited their names will be listed on the RSVP tab. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night out without the kids. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for the occasion with us! For women we are requesting semi-formal and for men we’re requesting western formal (This includes jeans, boots, and dress suit jackets), or semi-formal.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
The ceremony will be beginning at 4:30 PM, please arrive by 4:00 to ensure you are seated in time. Guests who are not seated by 4:30 will unfortunately not be able to attend the ceremony part of the wedding.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
Answer
You will be missed…if you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly! Thank you

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
Yes! We are having a variety of beers, seltzers, wine, and signature drinks. Please drink responsibly and make sure you find a safe ride home.

WHERE SHOULD I STAY FOR THE WEDDING WEEKEND?
Answer
We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! If needed, please visit our "Travel" tab to see the multiple hotels in the area.

DOES THE VENUE HAVE PARKING?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot on the left side of the venue and there will be an attendant to help with parking. An accommodation for those that may need handicap accessibility will be made.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR PARKED AT THE VENUE OVERNIGHT?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. Per our wedding venues rules we cannot have any guests leaving their cars overnight to pick up in the morning. If you plan on drinking, please plan accordingly to have someone pick you up or get an Uber!
