Parking Instructions

There is a designated parking lot for our venue, A Tasteful Place. After entering Gate 1, follow the curve into the main parking lot on the left. Continue straight down the road until reaching a dead end. Once there, make a right turn and head straight past the Rosine loading dock and bus parking and make a slight left until reaching the gravel section of the parking lot. The Gary Goodwin Gate will be located on the right side.

What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional Dress Code To help you plan your attire, here’s a guide to the dress code for our Black Tie Optional wedding. The ceremony will take place outdoors in April, followed by an indoor reception. For Women: Dresses or Gowns: Formal floor-length gowns or sophisticated midi dresses. Springtime colors, pastel hues, or floral prints are welcome, with flowy or structured fabrics like silk, satin, or chiffon for a polished look. Shoes: Dressy heels or elegant flats are ideal. Consider wedges or block heels for comfort on the grassy lawn during the ceremony. For Men: Suits or Tuxedos: A dark, tailored suit or tuxedo is appropriate for the occasion. Shirts and Ties: A crisp dress shirt with a tie or bow tie. Feel free to add a pocket square for a touch of elegance. Shoes: Polished dress shoes will complete the look. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style. Your presence means the world to us, so dress in what makes you feel confident and ready for an unforgettable day!

What airport should I fly into?

For those traveling to celebrate with us, Dallas Love Field (DAL) is the closest airport to the wedding venue. It’s conveniently located and offers a range of flight options. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is the other Dallas airport option if you aren't able to fly into Dallas Love Field.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on a beautiful grassy lawn overlooking White Rock Lake. The reception will be held indoors in the reception hall located right next to the lawn.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be noted in your invitation and within the RSVP.

Your invitation will specify if your children are invited to attend the wedding.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is March 19, 2025.
