Whether you're sipping or snacking, there's something for everyone! Feel free to come and go as you please—we want you to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening at your own pace.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Details to Know Before the Big Day 🌅 Ceremony Time The exact timing of the ceremony will be shared as we get closer—it's based on the sunset on May 2nd, so stay tuned! 🍽️ Dinner Selection You'll be able to select your meal when you RSVP—come hungry! 💃 Celebrate With Us After the ceremony, stick around for an unforgettable evening filled with dancing, laughter, and great company! 🚌 Transportation Provided Round-trip transportation will be provided for all guests! Charter buses will pick up and drop off at Hotel Valley Ho. Departure times will be confirmed closer to the date, but we encourage everyone to take the provided shuttle so you can relax and enjoy the night without worrying about driving.

🏞️ Sunday Funday: Tubing the Salt River Join us on Sunday for a laid-back, sun-soaked tubing adventure down the Salt River—a naturally flowing gem winding through the stunning Tonto National Forest. Surrounded by mountains, towering saguaro cacti, and (if we're lucky) visits from the area’s wild horses, it’s the perfect way to unwind and soak in Arizona’s natural beauty. We’ll be tubing together as a group, and tube rentals will be available at the entrance to the park. Just bring your sense of adventure, hydration, —and maybe some sunscreen!
