4:15 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The gondola at the base of Winter Park Resort will start at 4:15 pm to take you up to Lunch Rock. Please board the gondola between 4:15 pm and 4:30 pm. Upon exiting the gondola, you will take a short, approximately 10-minute shuttle ride to Lunch Rock. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm, followed by a cocktail hour. Our wedding will be held at an elevation of 11,220 feet. Please be mindful of the altitude and take necessary precautions. We recommend drinking plenty of water and acclimating to the altitude a day or two prior if possible. Be prepared for cooler temperatures, especially in the evenings, as our venue is at a high elevation. Layers are highly recommended!

Following the ceremony, please join us at Lunch Rock for our reception. We're excited to celebrate with you amidst stunning mountain scenery, enjoying dinner, drinks, and dancing. For your convenience, shuttles will be available after dinner, providing continuous transport back to the gondola for those who wish to return to the base resort early.
