Guests are requested to RSVP by August 22, 2024. They can do so by using the QR code on their invitation, clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above on the wedding website, or by mailing in the paper RSVP included with their invitation. Guests can click the RSVP tab on the wedding website to RSVP at any time. For those who prefer, a paper RSVP will be included with the invitation to mail back.
If the couple does not receive an RSVP by the August 22nd deadline, you will be marked as "not attending." While Kaleigh and Zachary would love to celebrate with you, they must provide an exact guest count to their vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at The Darby House located at 801 Darby Creek Dr, Galloway, OH 43119. The 801 address will bring you to the stone gate house and front gates located approximately 1 mile south of Broad Street. Since Darby House is located on Darby Dan Farm, a private estate, the gate will have a gate attendant to further help you to the ceremony site.
Yes, when you arrive to the front gate, the gate attendant will direct you to the parking on site. Please be aware that the venue is a private, gated estate and does not allow vehicles to be left on property at the conclusion of the reception. To ensure everyone can enjoy the couple’s wedding day and get home safely, please plan your trip home by designating a sober driver or arranging an Uber or Lyft both to and from the venue. Any vehicles left on property overnight will not be able to be retrieved until the following Tuesday morning and the venue has the right to charge a fee of up to $350 per vehicle.
The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:30pm to ensure that you will have time to park your vehicle and find seating at the ceremony space. Light beverage refreshments will be available while you wait for the ceremony to begin.
The ceremony will take place outside weather permitting. Cocktail hour will have both outdoor and indoor spaces available. The reception will be inside for the rest of the evening.
Kaleigh & Zachary would love to see their family and friends get dressed up with them for their big day. They are requesting that all guests dress in cocktail attire. They kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.
Due to limited space, the venue can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, their name will be included on your invite.
While Kaleigh and Zachary love your little ones, the venue will not be able to accommodate guests under the age of 13. If your invitation is addressed to "Family," your children are included. Thank you for understanding.
Kaleigh & Zachary invite you to join them at the sophisticated Hilton Columbus, Ohio hotel at Easton. This grand hotel is 4.6 miles from John Glenn International Airport (CMH) and 10 miles from downtown Columbus. This hotel is within walking distance to several shopping and dining options. It is approximately a 30 minute drive to the wedding venue from this hotel. The couple has decided not to do a hotel block to give their guests the freedom to stay at a place most comfortable for them. Please view the Travel page on the wedding website for other hotel recommendations.
Guests will be served a choice of slow-roasted beef or citrus rosemary chicken breast, both gluten-free. Additionally, vegan-friendly and gluten-free sides will be available. Guests are kindly asked to refer to their formal invitation to select their meal preferences. Please indicate any dietary restrictions when you RSVP and the couple will do their best to accommodate your needs.
There will be an open bar during designated service hours. The Darby House holds their liquor license and has a strict, zero tolerance, outside beverage policy. If outside beverages, alcoholic, or non-alcoholic, are brought in by guests, then the Darby House staff has the right to confiscate the items and the bridal couple will be charged a fee. Please be respectful of this policy.
Guests are kindly asked to put away all phones and cameras and turn them to silent/off during the ceremony. The couple has hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the most important moments of their lives, and they would hate to have someone's phone or camera blocking these moments. After the ceremony and the couple's exit, guests are welcome to take as many photos as they wish and share them with the couple!
