We have secured a block of rooms for our guests on Friday, May 17 and Saturday, May 18, 2024. You can choose to stay one or both nights. There are limited rooms available in our room block. Please call the hotel directly to secure your reservation as soon as possible. Rooms may be cancelled 24 hours in advance of your stay. Please call 860-677-1651 or 800-836-4000 to speak with one of our front desk agents and mention Group#28514 or the Paccioretti-Olson wedding. Check in is at 3:00pm. They will try to room anyone arriving before 3:00pm, but guests should be advised that there may be a wait. Check-out time is 11:00 am. We will also be providing transportation from the Avon Old Farms Hotel to The Riverview. Pick up times are at 4:00pm and 4:30pm. We are asking all immediate family members of the bride and groom to please be on the first bus at 4:00pm in order to be able to take pictures before the ceremony. Drop off times to go back to the Avon Old Farms Hotel will start at 10:00pm, and then 10:30pm, and the last bus will leave at 11:15pm. The bus will be there all night so in case guests need to leave early, they will be able to. Thank you!
