That’s a good question. I have an answer- Three choices as it is buffet style: Fish, chicken or beef Then you can choose a side which would be rice, seasonal veggies and roasted red potatoes. Hors d'oeuvres first then salad and bread. Of course coffee/tea will be provided. Then lastly, cake. Hope this helps!
