We met through a mutual friend in 2014. We went on our first date to the Arma Homecoming in 2015. He officially asked to date on January 11, 2016. We have been inseparable since. After 8 years and 2 kids later Chad finally proposed on Christmas in 2023. Now we are planning our happily ever after.

We had a long day with family and at the end of the night we were sitting in our living room watching Christmas movies, when Chad got down on one knee and proposed. Kaleigh thought he was joking because the week prior our mutual friend was joking about Chad not proposing on Christmas. His heart was pounding and reassuring he was serious he asked again & without any hesitation it was a YES! We can’t wait to spend forever together as the O’Banion’s!!
