When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than July 5th, 2026 via our website.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in the planning for ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be, marked as a "no".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. If you happen to be late our coordinator and security will advise if guests are still being seated or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight. Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. Please no white clothing or jeans.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4pm at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (606 E Washington St, Medina, OH). The cocktail hour and reception follow the ceremony at Blue Heron Event Center (3227 Blue Heron Trace, Medina, OH) starting at 6pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we'll talk to the chefs at the reception.
