Travel Note
Our wedding will take place in a small Tuscan town with a limited number of accommodations. We kindly recommend booking your lodging as early as possible to ensure availability. Where you choose to stay is entirely up to you! Below, I’ve listed the shuttle bus stops so you can decide what area works best for your trip. The hotels I’ve recommended are located in Pienza, about 15–20 minutes from the venue by shuttle. If you prefer to stay closer to the venue, Montepulciano is a great option—only about 10 minutes away. Hotel San Biagio is just down the hill from the wedding venue (5-10) minutes, and is the most convenient location to stay. Just a heads-up: these towns are charming but quite hilly, and the walk to the bus stops may involve steep inclines. Please keep that in mind, especially if you’ll be wearing heels or have any mobility concerns. Flight
FCO is about 2 1/2 hours from the venue, but is the easiest airport (and usually the cheapest) to fly into. There are direct flights from MIA, CLT, ATL, ORD, EWR, and JFK to Rome as well.

This airport is closer to the venue (about 1 hr 45 min) but usually there are no direct flights and can be more expensive
Travel Note
By train: From Florence: Take a taxi or shuttle to Florence’s Santa Maria Novella station. From there, board a train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme (~1.5–2 hours). From Rome: Take the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino Airport to Roma Termini, then a train to Chiusi-Chianciano Terme (~1.5–2 hours). From Chiusi: Taxis can take you to your hotel/villa (~30 minutes). Taxis are available outside of the station. Note: you can also take another train from Chiusi into Montepulciano, getting you a bit closer to the venue and accomodations Hire a personal driver by contacting the transport service most commonly used by the property, Mr. Claudio Dell’Artino at italianstyle.srl@gmail.com. Renting a car in Europe is another recommended option, especially if you plan to vacation after the weekend!

Montorio has five independent apartments which can accommodate up to 14 people. The villa is ideal for couples, small groups of friends and families who want to relax and discover Tuscany. Shuttle will pick up just outside of the accommodation. Montorio is at the bottom of the hill 4 km away from Terre di Nano and very close to the town of Montepulciano. You can book through directly through their website.

This hotel is in the town of Pienza, which is a short and scenic drive from Terre di Nano. There are many local restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The shuttle will transport you to the venue for the welcome dinner and ceremony.

Palazzo Carletti is ideally situated in the historic heart of Montepulciano, just steps from charming shops, cafés, and restaurants. Its location near the Porta delle Farine bus stop—only a 3-minute walk—makes it especially convenient for travelers. Please note that, like much of Montepulciano, the surrounding streets are pleasantly hilly.
